Kapitan Wi-Fi-ed
Been to Kapitan a week ago and the food and service had a drastic change. Firstly, everything taste better, probably they had a new Chef. Not to mention, now you can surf online for free! A happening spot that you must go. I was there with some relatives after dinner, we had some coffee and Roti tissue, cheese naan (this is brilliant), we had a good time together.
