Oh alright. So its just opposite the guard house of Atilia & Allisia Phase. There are so many empty commercial lots and I wonder why they need to built another batch of low cost shops there. Hopefully the design of the parcel has ample parking space so that vehicles doesn’t park haphazardly on the side of the main road.

If you are driving from the NZX traffic lights towards Dataran Ara Damansara (using the left turn at the traffic lights instead of going straight), you will see the low-cost flats on your left with houses on your right.

There is some construction on your left about 300 meters from the traffic lights. These are the shops we’re talking about.

good news on the shops albeit we have quite a number oredy in this area…anyone have news on where Ara’s first bank will be located?

These shops will be similar to those at the old phase…where La La Chong and Kapitan are…single storey.. the neighbourhood shops where you can dash across the road for some missing ingredients. a hair-cut or your favourite cuppa of teh tarik.

I know what a “low-cost house” is but can someone please clarify what a “low-cost shop is”?

Do people queue up to buy low-cost shops just as they do for low-cost houses?

What exactly is “low-cost” about the shops? Their design don’t look at all low-cost to me.

Is there access from the flats there to the shops?
