Ara Damansara

I really do appeal for you to join the Line Dancing lessons on Thursday nights @ 8.00pm in Alyssa/Atilia badminton court.

Apart from the health benefit from a good work out and general bonding with others from our Ara Damansara neighbourhood, we need more participants to make it worthwhile for the teacher to come all the way from Bukit Rimau to continue the weekly class.  She is a very good teacher, I have never learnt dancing so easily before.  She is methodical and is genuinely interested to get her class dancing right.  The class is meant to be an hour, but she always spends another 1/2 hour with us at no extra charge.  Currently there’s only about 6 – 7 of us (ladies, no men seem to want to learn but you are welcome to), and it may not be cost-effective much longer for the teacher to come all the way from Bukit Rimau for such a meager collection.

I hope as many of you will join the Thursday night line-dancing lesson, it really is a lot of fun, and I’m sure in the long run, improves memory too as it exercises those faculties as well with all the steps and sequences learnt.
