MNS EcoKids Junior Day Camp
Date: Saturday, 5th December 2009
Time: 9.00 am – 1.00 pm
Location: Malaysian Nature Society Headquarters (Urban Nature Centre), Jalan Kelantan, Kuala Lumpur
Age Group: 5-8 years only
Fee: None! FREE OF CHARGE!
Limited to 30 children on a first come, first registered basis! Priority will be given to MNS members (under family membership, student/junior membership, or children of MNS members)
Please email wongeelynn@yahoo.com to register. Please provide names of children, sex, age and membership number.
Participants are required to bring the following items:
1. Own lunch and drink
2. Sunblock
3. Skin-friendly insect repellent (Mosiguard, Off! or Kaps)
4. A picnic mat or flattened cardboard box to sit on.
5. Art Equipment: Old and unwanted toothbrush, old comb (NOT hairbrush!), paint palette / plastic egg carton with compartments that can be used as a palette.
6. Old storybooks and educational toys to be donated to a childrens charity.
Parents are encouraged to sit in and accompany/assist their children. We still need volunteers, both to clean the trail, lead the nature walk and conduct the activities, so please email wongeelynn@yahoo.com or send a text message to Ee Lynn at 016 288 6812 if interested!
