Star Metro called for an interview !

I just got a call from Wenny, an Ara Damansara resident who are in touch with the The Star, opening an invitation to Ara Damansara residents to raise their concerns through a press interview. A call has been made to MBPJ, Mr. Puasa to verify if the Ara Damansara-Tropicana link is going to be open after the the tunnels are changed to ONE WAY TRAFFIC, his answer was “NO”. He suggested us to bring this issue to the press to expedite the work and get the link open.

It seems to me that the Menteri Besar of Selangor, Tan Sri Mohd Khalid Ibrahim orders are unclear to the general public. In the previous article, the excuse they gave was they did not have enough fund to connect that 50 meter road?

We need volunteers, Ara Damansara residents, who are willing to be interviewed by Star Metro. Do email me your Name and contact admin@aradamansara.com

I guess he is retracting the statement he made to the press. The excuse he gave is that it involve cost to connect the roads, so they need to consider it.

WHO is & WHY is this opening being stalled? Until this is known, otherwise we are barking up the wrong tree.
Last time they was a court injunction to stop the opening. Has this been overturned or over-ruled or expired once the tropicana tunnel opened.
The Press are a lousy problem solver. The Press all belonged to political parties who served only their Master’s interest.
    It is unlike CNN.
They only sensationalise such issues to UP their papers readership.
Just to connect may cost some money but not a bomb, so cost is not a big issue compared to the assessment collected.
Maybe it will be good for all of Ara Damansara RA to get together to start pushing for this opening. The bigger & louder the voice & people, the more effective & I bet it will be opened but it must be done within the confine of law & order & logical mindset.
A difficult task to gather the RA lies ahead.
Sime Darby should actually build a townhall for this purpose!
