The type who does the wrong thing thinking that they are in the right :( If the owners offers a finder's fee - that is fine (even though a person with a kind heart would decline it and just accept a handshake) but the demand for a fee from the finder is plain ridiculous. Replace the dog with a child. I wonder if the finder will have the nerve to demand for a fee. The owner should just make a police report stating that the finder kidnapped the dog though I think the finder is smart enough not to reveal his/her location and called from a public phone. That was a finder's fee in exchange for the dog. Maybe I am too simple minded, I had not expected the finder to state a finder's fee. and the amount was no small sum.
