Ara Damansara Short-cut – Update #3

I am a little disappointed that work has not progressed much over the last week. Maybe it was the rain and Labour Day. As you can see, works on the slope is now complete and drainage works is almost done. But the other side of the road still needs to be levelled and the excess earth removed. Only then work on the road foundation can start.
As for a set of traffic lights at the entrance of Damansara Idaman, I am not sure if it is absolutely necessary. Damansara Idaman is very low density and therefore traffic is expected to be very light. Adding a stop here will introduce delays to the main traffic along 1A/1.
