MBPJ Board Meeting
Dear all,
There will be a full board meeting at MBPJ HQ tomorrow.
Date : Wednesday 22nd December 2010
Time : 10.30 am
Room : Bilik Bunga Tanjung
Venue : MBPJ HQ
Amongst other matters, the board will decide on the two proposed high rise high density developments at Lot 1425 and 1427 namely Villamas project by Lembah Penchala and Ara Greens Wellness & Healthcare City by HSM.
A meeting was held by OSC (One Stop Center) in November to review the above proposals and from the grapevine, we were told the projects are likely to be approved.
The public are allowed to attend the board meeting so please do come and provide your support. If you plan to drop by, please take note that dress code is formal i.e jacket and tie for men.

guys..we need to enquire on the completion and expected opening date of the Tropicana Link..
also these 2 projects reviews should be defered till after the opening of the link as this project involves heavy trafic into Ara area!
